How to register or sign up for our council tax customer account.

If you have an existing account

You may need to re-register if you have an existing account. 

If you created an account before 10 November 2025, you will need to re-register. It only takes a few minutes.

Once you have re-registered you will have access to the additional functionality and improved security.

Already re-registered? Then just sign in using your username and password.

Register for an account

Once you are registered for your online account, you'll be able to:

• switch to and manage your paperless billing options
• set up or amend your direct debit
• view or update your account information
• check your balance, payments, bills, and other notices
• update the contact details we hold for you

Please include:

• your full name
• the address of the property you are attempting to set up an online account for
• your 8-digit council tax account number (if known).
