Enterprise Centre open day this Thursday

Released:

Solihull Enterprise Centre in Chelmund’s Cross is opening its doors this Thursday for a special drop-in open day and chance to meet local businesses that are using its offices.

Owned and managed by Solihull Council, the Enterprise Centre offers reasonably priced high specification serviced office space and is great for companies large and small. It has single offices and touchdown spaces which would be suitable for freelancers, start-ups and small companies through to big spaces that can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It also has flexible meeting rooms.

The Centre is the Council’s most sustainable building with solar panels to help keep energy costs low. It’s constructed using black bricks which help keep the building warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All tenants pay a fixed rent with all their utility bills included, the only thing that is an additional charge is broadband in the office space – though there is free hub Wi-Fi in the communal areas.
