Permit Delivery

If you provided your email address when you subscribed to the garden waste service, you will receive an email from our permit provider notifying you that your permit has been dispatched. It can take at least 10 – 15 business days for your permit to arrive. Due to a high volume of subscriptions, there has been a slight delay in issuing some permits. However, the crews have a record of all properties that have subscribed to the garden waste service. So, if you paid for the service at least 5 working days before your next garden waste collection, your garden waste bin should still be emptied while you wait for your permit to arrive.

Please also ensure your House number/house name is on your green bin.

From Monday 7 July 2025, we are no longer providing free garden waste collections.

If you would like to continue to receive a garden waste collection from 7 July 2025, you will need to pay a fee and subscribe to the service.

When you have paid for the service, you will receive a permit in the form of a sticker which you will need to place on your bin to show that you have paid.

Garden waste bins without the correct permit sticker displayed will not be emptied.

Subscriptions are valid from July 2025 until June 2026.
