Nature of work
The provision of residential care and support to adults over the age of 18 years who have a learning disability, physical disability, epilepsy, diabetes and behaviours that may challenge. Services operate from the following properties:

- 7, 8 & 9 Downing Close
- 25, 27 & 29 Stapleton Drive

- Personal details (Name, Home Address, Contact Telephone Numbers, Email Addresses, Date of Birth, Gender, Ethnicity, Religion, Nationality, Sexual Orientation, Disability, NHS Number, Date of Death)

- Health conditions, disability, diagnosis
- GP details
- Lifestyle and social circumstances
- Financial details
- Family details
- Employment and education details
- Referral/Assessment Information

We process information about:
- Service users
- Your family, carers or representatives of the person whose personal data we are processing

Where necessary or required we may share information with:
- Family, carers or representatives of the person whose personal data we are processing
- NHS, including your GP and hospitals
- Emergency services
- Social Care professionals
- Advocacy services
- Other care agencies
How long we will keep your information
Information is kept whilst people are receiving support from Adult Care and Support Operational Teams, and for seven years after this.
Transfers Overseas
Information may be transferred overseas to service user’s family members or representatives.
