You should raise your concern with the school.

If you are not satisfied with the school’s response, then follow the school’s complaints policy. You can find this on the school’s website.

Keep following the school’s complaints policy as it will include the process to escalate the complaint.

This will be to Ofsted or the Department for Education (DFE).

You should speak to the headteacher or principal.

If it concerns the headteacher or principal, then speak to the chair of the governing body. 

You could also consider contacting the Solihull Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO).
