The quality, effectiveness and impact of support must be reviewed at least termly with the SENDCo, teacher, parent/carer, and the child.
The cycle then starts again at assess. The updated needs of the pupil are considered before planning a continuation of or change to provision.
Most evidence based interventions include tools to measure and review progress.
Targets also can be reviewed by SALT / CLD / SLCD Team which can then be used to inform next steps.
