Collaboration with businesses is key for schools to develop robust career programmes that give pupils a head start. Solihull Careers Hub connects schools and colleges with local businesses through events and fostering partnerships.

Skills for Success supports young people in school years 11 - 13 to understand careers and learning pathways and develop the key employment skills needed to make their best choice. Please refer to this page.

Solihull Careers Hub aims to bridge the gap between education and businesses to develop the future workforce in the borough that is ready and skilled for local businesses’ growth.

Through collaboration, schools can better understand all the different pathways into industries and empower students with the tools to achieve their goals.
