Allotments

Allotment gardening provides huge benefits to the green-fingered as well as the local community. A great way to grow your own food, get fit and stay healthy, it also helps local wildlife flourish.

Allotment gardening is incredibly popular, with all Solihull Council managed sites now operating capped waiting lists. Please be aware that once added to a waiting list it often takes 2-3 years to be offered a plot and may take longer. Plots will be offered to those at the top of the waiting list as soon as they become available. You will be contacted annually to determine whether you wish to remain on the waiting list.

You must live in the Borough or within one mile of the site you are applying for to qualify for a plot.
