If you have received a letter from us inviting you to apply for the Energy Bill Rebate, you have until the end of August to submit your claim. For those who have already applied, please allow at least 14 working days for your rebate to be processed before contacting our teams.
Due to the overwhelming response to the Energy Bill Rebate, the Solihull Connect team is currently experiencing a high volume of calls. The team is working hard to respond to these calls and have recruited additional staff to assist, however there may be longer wait times for your call to be answered.
If your query is non-urgent, please email the team at energybillrebate@solihull.gov.uk. Alternatively, you may find that family and friends can assist you in completing your application.
Completing the online application is the quickest and easiest way to receive the rebate.
