In commemoration of Remembrance Day, on Sunday 12 November, there will be a number of events taking place across Solihull. A full list of events is detailed in the table below.
Please be aware there will be various road closures during the day. A full list of the closures can be found on the Solihull Council website.
The Mayor of Solihull Councillor Mrs Diana Holl-Allen MBE said,
“It is wonderful to have so many events taking place on Remembrance Sunday to pay tribute to our fallen heroes, veterans of past conflicts and those who continue to serve in our armed forces. There will be some road disruptions, so I remind residents to observe the list of closures prior to Sunday to avoid any inconvenience.
“I encourage everyone in Solihull to take a moment to reflect on Remembrance Day and what it may mean to them.”
