The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) is how local authorities and Integrated Care Boards assess the current and future health, care and wellbeing needs of the local community. Up to 80% of the CIL funds received will be allocated via a ‘Strategic CIL Fund’ which will allow substantial funds to accumulate thus enabling more significant infrastructure projects to be funded.
