Town centre fees and charges

What you need to pay if you are planning to hold an event in our town centres.

*Events located in Mell Square will need to pay VAT.

The above fees do not include access to Council utilities e.g. electricity, water etc. If this is required, this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis once you request a booking.

Late cancellation

If you cancel your event less than 7 days before the date of your hire, you will be charged in full.

If we need to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a free alternative date.

Amendments of hire

If you make any changes to the event less than 7 days before the date of your hire, you will need to pay a non-refundable administration fee of £42 + VAT.

All hire fees will be payable no later than 21 days from the date of your invoice.

Fees and charges are reviewed and set annually.
